\n\nDr. Amanda Kryvenchuk is a caring and empathetic dentist whose number one priority is patient comfort and satisfaction. Dr. Kryvenchuk graduated from the University of Alberta dental program in 2001, and moved to the Calgary area. After working as an associate for 6 years she bought our office here in Nanton in 2007.<\/p>\n
Over the years she has taken many continuing education courses and holds certificates in orthodontics, is certified to perform Invisalign\u00ae treatments, has training in areas of neuromuscular treatment, Digital Smile Design, Implants, bone and soft tissue grafting along with being a certified graduate of the Pinhole Academy.<\/p>\n
She enjoys every aspect of her job, particularly administering cosmetic procedures that can beautify smiles such as Orthodontics, Invisalign\u00ae, porcelain crowns, veneers, and implants. \u00a0Especially rewarding is witnessing satisfied patients leave her chair, no longer embarrassed to share their beautiful new smiles with the world.<\/p><\/div>\n
<\/div>\nShe is also an advocate for dental hygiene and prevention. With two daughters of her own, Dr. Kryvenchuk enjoys discussing the importance of oral health to children and teenagers, and meeting kids and their families. She\u2019s cared for many children in the past, from toddlers through to their high school years.<\/div>\n<\/div>\nDr. Kryvenchuk grew up in Sherwood Park, got married in 2000 and moved to Calgary in 2001. After purchasing Nanton Dental Care she and her husband moved to an acreage outside okotoks where they eventually had two beautiful girls. \u00a0After the untimely sudden death of her husband Dr Kryvenchuk was forced to leave acreage living and moved her family into Okotoks. \u00a0She has great passion for her southern Alberta home and takes great pride in treating the people of the area. He returned to Lethbridge for his undergraduate education and played basketball for the \u2018Pronghorns\u2019 for two years before moving to Edmonton to obtain his dentistry degree from the University of Alberta. He remained in the Edmonton area, after graduation, until his spouse completed her medical degree, then moving to Calgary. Dr Ray Myers\u00a0<\/strong>
\nDMD<\/h4>\n\n\nDr. Raymond Myers, was born and raised in Saskatchewan, graduated from the University of Saskatchewan College of Dentistry with Distinction. He is also a graduate of the L.D. Pankey Institute in Miami, Florida and has completed a Residency in Implantology at the University of Toronto. Dr. Myers is an accomplished general practitioner with over 20 years of experience and is passionate about his profession. If you would ask his wife, she would tell you that he eats, breathes and sleeps dentistry \u2013 he loves it!<\/p>\n
Dr. Myers provides complete dental care to his patients including all facets of general dentistry with a special affinity for adult restorative dentistry and root canal therapy. Patient care is his top priority. Dr. Myers is dedicated to high standards, advancement of patient education and maintains an average of 100 continuing education hours annually. \n<\/strong>DDS<\/h4>\n\nI have been in dental practice since 1987 as a general dentist providing dental surgery and dental implants. One of my current priorities is to provide 24-hour emergency care and treatment for toothache pain, broken teeth and facial injuries in our dental emergency room. Has been working in the dental field since 1995.\u00a0Migrated to Alberta in 2009 and to work at Nanton Dental in 2010.\u00a0Jenn loves yoga, nutrition and trying new recipes, spending time with the family, friends and camping, cottaging, & swimming at the lake. She has spent most of her time working in the interior of British Columbia but loved the prairies more and moved out to Alberta. She enjoys meeting new people and building relationships with her patients. She spends lots of her spare time traveling to rodeos and team roping events with her husband Clint and their two kids. \nOffice Manager, RDA<\/h4>\n\n\n\nBorn and raised on a farm east of Three Hills, AB. Loved growing up on the farm with all the animals, but the best memories were of harvest time.\u00a0Graduated from SAIT and U of C, with Registered Level II Dental Assisting, as well as Oral Surgeon Assistant. Has been in the dental field since 1992.\u00a0Came to work at Nanton Dental Care in April 1999, and in 2005 became the Office Manager at the Clinic.\u00a0Trish loves skiing, water sports, crafts, going to movies , girls night out, lake life and watching her boys Isaac and Aidan play sports, especially hockey. \nReception \/ AR<\/h4>\n\nBorn and raised in Edmonton Shannon grew up on the south side with her parents and her one brother. \u00a0She spent a lot of time during her childhood on her grandparents farmsteads in the Lloyd minister and Saint Paul areas. As an adult she moved to the Vancouver area where is she got married and started her family from there they travelled to Ontario and lived several years down in Tampa Florida. \u00a0She returned to the Calgary area in 2018 at which time she began working at Nanton Dental Care doing all things administration.<\/div>\nIn her free time she volunteers with her teen daughters swim club and schools. \u00a0She is passionate about all things crafty and has a vast collection of yarn for her constant knitting projects.<\/div>\nIn the summer months she can be found in her yard with her dog Ginger, actively gardening and the rest of the year she always seems to have a home renovation project on the go.<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/4″][vc_single_image image=”261″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_shadow_circle_2″][vc_column_text]\nMisty Glawson<\/strong>

\nRDA<\/h4>\n\nBorn in BC, but raised mostly in the Edmonton area. Rebecca moved to High River in 2013, 2 weeks before the flood. Rebecca started school to be a Registered Dental Assistant in 2014, while working 2 part time jobs and raising her oldest son. She graduated in 2015 from SAIT. Rebecca was welcomed right out of school to Nanton dental care and has grown and learned so much in her time with us. She loves being a team player, and being able to help everyone in the office when it\u2019s needed.\u00a0Rebecca met her partner in 2017, and they are now raising two boys together. \nRDA<\/h4>\n\nShe comes to us from Prince George, BC where she’s spent the last 12 years figuring out she is a true Alberta girl at heart. Born in Taber, and raised in Calgary.\u00a0Viki spends her winters curled up watching reality TV the bachelor, survivor etc, until she can dust off her golf clubs and hit the driving range. She’s excited to spend her time in the garden and playing with her pets on the new acreage.\u00a0Viki is a seasoned vet when it comes to dentistry having been assisting for 27 Years. She has been Assisting in the Dental field since 1980, but graduated at NAIT with Registered Dental Assisting Level II in 1984. Bren joined our office in Oct. of 2020. In her spare time, she loves taking photos of wildlife and nature. \nRDA * Retired<\/h4>\n\nBorn in Alberta but spent most of my early years in the Yukon. A unique experience – especially grade six when I attended a one-room school house on the Alaska Highway, and the summers spent working as a tour guide on one of the gold rush riverboats.\u00a0Attended Red Deer College before moving to Calgary where I graduated from SAIT as a Level II Registered Dental Assistant in 1979. Have enjoyed my career in the dental field since then, with most of the years spent working in Nanton with several different dentists.\u00a0We also raised our family in Nanton.\u00a0Interests include reading, baking, home renovations and of course grand-babies.
